Official Rules – 2026 Bass for Beckers Grand Prize Raffle

Sponsor and Administrator

The 2026 Bass for Beckers Grand Prize Raffle (“Raffle”) is sponsored and administered by Bass for Beckers, a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization, with support from Bass Cat Boats and participating promotional partners.

The purpose of this Raffle is to raise funds in support of muscular dystrophy awareness and related charitable causes.

This Raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable charitable gaming laws and is void where prohibited.

Eligibility

Participation is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following persons are not eligible to enter or win:

• Employees, officers, directors, or agents of Bass for Beckers

• Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of such individuals

• Persons living in the same household as such individuals

Prize

One (1) winner will receive the 2026 Bass Cat Lynx STS Grand Prize Boat, fully equipped and rigged, including but not limited to:

• Three Garmin 8612 displays

• RMP Flex 19 electronics mounting system

• BeatDown Outdoors mounts

• Pro-Guide Lithium batteries

• Power-Pole Blades

• Power-Pole Move trolling motor

• Power-Pole CHARGE system

• Yamaha 250 SHO outboard

• Fearless Fuchsia custom color package

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $125,000, subject to final rigging configuration and fair market value determination.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Winner is solely responsible for:

• Federal, state, and local taxes

• Registration and titling fees

• Licensing

• Insurance

• Transportation or delivery arrangements unless otherwise provided by Sponsor

Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the fair market value of the prize.

How to Enter

Eligible participants may receive entries by making a qualifying charitable donation at BassForBeckers.com during the Raffle Period.

Donation levels currently include:

• $25 donation - one (1) raffle entry

• $200 donation - ten (10) raffle entries

• Boat Crew subscription entries awarded pursuant to subscription terms then in effect

There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may obtain.

Each qualifying donation generates entries into the random drawing.

Donations are charitable contributions processed by Bass for Beckers in support of its nonprofit mission.

Raffle Period

The Raffle begins:

January 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time

and ends:

December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time

Only eligible entries received during the Raffle Period will be included in the drawing.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Bass for Beckers on or about:

January 1, 2027

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The drawing results shall be final.

Winner Notification and Claim

The selected winner will be notified using the contact information associated with their entry.

Winner must respond and complete any required affidavit, eligibility verification, tax documentation, or prize claim documentation within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.

If a selected winner:

• Cannot be contacted

• Fails to respond within the required time

• Is determined ineligible

• Refuses the prize

• Fails to complete required documentation

then an alternate winner may be selected in a subsequent random drawing.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Bass for Beckers and Bass Cat Boats permission to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, image, and city/state of residence for promotional or fundraising purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bass for Beckers, Bass Cat Boats, sponsors, promotional partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

General Conditions

Bass for Beckers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, legal concerns, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or lawful administration of the Raffle.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

Governing Law

This Raffle and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Venue for any dispute arising from this Raffle shall lie in Oklahoma.

This Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, or any third-party platform used in promotion or entry processing.
