Official Rules – Bass for Beckers x Bass Cat Giveaway

Sponsor & Purpose

The Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Bass for Beckers, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization, with support from Bass Cat Boats (“Partners”).

Purpose: This Giveaway is conducted to raise funds in support of muscular dystrophy awareness and related charitable causes.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Deion Sanders (“Coach Prime”), his affiliates, the University of Colorado, or any athletic program.

Eligibility

•       Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

•       Excluded States: Entries will not be accepted from residents of Alabama, Hawaii, Kansas, or Utah, where nonprofit raffles are not permitted.

•       NCAA/Big 12 Safeguards: Current or prospective student-athletes (including high school, junior college, or transfer portal athletes) are not eligible to participate or win. This exclusion ensures no impermissible benefits under NCAA/Big 12 rules.

•       Employees, officers, and directors of Bass for Beckers, Bass Cat Boats, their affiliates, and members of their immediate family/household are not eligible to win.

Coach’s Involvement

Coach Deion Sanders’ role is limited to promotional support (such as video messages or optional social media shares). He is not involved in operating the Giveaway, managing entries, selecting winners, or distributing benefits.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 2024 Bass Cat Puma STS, the boat Coach Prime piloted during the 2024 season, fully equipped with premium accessories.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $95,000

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, as well as registration, titling, licensing, and insurance.

How to Enter

Entries may be purchased online at BassForBeckers.com via the Zeffy platform.

·       Each entry requires a $21 donation.

·       There is no limit on the number of entries per individual.

Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on [start date/time] and ends on [end date/time] (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this time frame will not be considered.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Bass for Beckers within 7 days of the Giveaway’s conclusion.
• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Winner will be notified by email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the stated time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants grant Bass for Beckers and Bass Cat Boats the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release & Indemnity

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Bass for Beckers, Bass Cat Boats, Coach Prime (Deion Sanders), and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, or actions of any kind arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

General Conditions

Bass for Beckers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined in its sole discretion.

Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

This Giveaway is operated by Bass for Beckers, a nonprofit charitable organization, with support from Bass Cat Boats. It is open to the general public age 18 and older, excluding residents of AL, HI, KS, and UT. Current and prospective student-athletes (including high school, junior college, or transfer portal athletes) are not eligible to participate or win, in compliance with NCAA and Big 12 regulations. This Giveaway is not affiliated with University of Colorado athletics. Coach Prime is not the operator or sponsor of this Giveaway.
